How does it work?
 
Simply plug in your fans Power supply & turn on via remote control. You can also connect your device to the Hologram via Wi-Fi, using the app, simply follow instructions included in your purchase.
 
Can I upload my own content?
Yes you can. However we do recommend using a separate Sd Card other than the one you purchased, so you do not wipe any files by accident.
 
Does it have sound?
While your Hologram Fan itself does not have a built-in speaker, you can connect to a nearby speaker wirelessly via Bluetooth for audio. (option only available through the app)
 
Is the Fan Noisy?
While your hologram is using a spinning fan to generate rotation, it is no louder than a regular pedestal fan. If you do find you want a quieter experience you can purchase a 50cm Acrylic cover. 
 
Won’t I get cold when viewing?
No. The fan is not designed to make cooling effect. It has no blades that are rigid to generate air flow. There is a slight airflow from the side of the fan, but nothing from the front or back.
 
Can I use Indoors as well as outdoors?
Yes! There are brightness controls that allow you to view during daytime & also night.
 
How long does shipping take?
We usually ship within 1-2 working days of purchase with full tracking & we do ship internationally all over the world.

Do I need a stand to secure my Hologram?
No. Each Hologram comes with a mounting with 2 screw holes & screws to secure to a wall. We do sell Mounting arms that are great for attaching from ceiling or wall - they have a pivot arm (check our listings for availability).
 
Are the Holograms HD or Grainy?
All of our Fans are Ultra Bright HD with excellent visual quality.
