How long will it take to receive my order?
We typically ship orders within 24-48 hours from our Sydney location. For estimated delivery times to your area, please consult the standard Australia Post shipping timelines. While many of our orders include tracking, please note that some do not.

What are my payment options?
We accept Bank Deposit (our preferred method) and Credit Card payments processed securely through Stripe.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, shipping is FREE for all orders within Australia.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship to addresses within Australia.

Can I pick up my order in person?
We do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to you.

Will my order have tracking?
Orders over $50 will include tracking information, which can be found by logging into your account. Orders under $50 are typically sent in an untracked envelope.

What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, we will source it from one of our trusted suppliers to ensure you receive your order.

A Note on Health Supplements:
Our health supplements are shipped directly from our warehouse in Sri Lanka and have an estimated delivery time of 10-25 days. Full tracking is provided for these items. Please be aware that Everyday Mart is not liable for any health issues associated with the use of these supplements.

What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you've made an error and need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately before it is shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We do not provide refunds for orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange for it to be resent.
